A lifetime license to use Continuity Atlas for your GIS department or organization. The license covers unlimited use for your organization with no seat limits. It does not permit resale, redistribution, or use on behalf of multiple separate organizations.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to the Builder. No payment is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, a license purchase is required to continue accessing the Builder. Trial data is preserved in your browser and accessible after purchase.
Because a 3-day free trial is available before purchase, refunds are not offered after a license is activated. If you encounter a technical problem that prevents you from using the tool, contact the email below and it will be resolved. If a resolution is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Your license covers the current version of Continuity Atlas and all future updates for as long as the service is operated. If the service is ever discontinued, reasonable advance notice will be provided. "Lifetime" refers to the life of the service, not the life of the purchaser.
Continuity Atlas produces planning documentation based on FEMA's continuity guidance framework. The output is a structured draft intended to support your planning process. It is not a certified, reviewed, or officially approved continuity plan. Whether the output satisfies a specific agency requirement, grant condition, or accreditation standard is your responsibility to verify with your emergency management coordinator.
Plan data entered in the Builder is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to any server. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your work. See the Privacy Policy for details on what information is collected during purchase.
Continuity Atlas is provided as-is. The tool is intended to support planning, not to replace professional emergency management judgment. Carley Fitzgerald is not liable for decisions made based on plans produced using this tool, for data loss due to browser storage clearing, or for any consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
